Many reception problems are not necessarily caused by a faulty aerial.

A lot of problems can be solved by replacement of the cable.

Obviously, if the aerial has suffered from wind damage, repairing and aligning the aerial is required.

Sometimes, repairing the aerial can be false economy if it will fail again in a few years. Conversely, just because it looks old does not necessarily mean it won't last a good few years. We can advise accordingly
